I used to work as a corporate lawyer in Stockholm —
high-performing, driven, and deeply committed to my work.
From the outside, my life looked successful.
On the inside, I felt exhausted, anxious, and increasingly disconnected.
Eventually, my body asked me to stop.
That moment became the beginning of my healing — and of turning inward.
I realized I had been living almost entirely from my mind —
pushing, performing, and overthinking —
while ignoring my body and heart.
My nervous system was overloaded,
and I had no boundaries with myself.
I worked long hours
and constantly put others’ needs before my own —
at work and in relationships.
I began a deep journey into nervoussystem regulation,
breathwork, somatic healing, and intuitive practices —
learning not just how to cope,
but how to truly listen to my body,
rebuild inner safety,
and live in alignment with what I actually needed.
Today, I support high-performing individuals
who, like I once did, look successful on the outside
but feel stressed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside.
My work is grounded, trauma-aware, and deeply embodied —
combining clarity, structure, and intuition
to support real, sustainable change.
